    A ceiling per bill and per customer per day, and the counter screen tells staff when the cap has trimmed an entry.

    Consent is enforced before any point is issued, and customers can view, correct or delete their own data from the privacy screen.

What owners ask before they sign up

Does my customer have to install an app?

No. The customer opens a mobile browser, scans the QR code at the counter or gives a phone number to staff, and the points land on their card straight away. It works on iPhone and Android with nothing installed.

Do I need to buy a POS or extra hardware?

No. The phone, tablet or computer the shop already has is enough to start. With a camera you can scan QR codes; without one, look members up by phone number instead.

Can a customer's points expire?

That is your call: never expire, expire after a number of days or months you choose, or expire together at the end of next year. You can change the rule at any time, and it never applies retroactively to points already issued.

How much does it cost, and is there a free trial?

Who owns the customer data?

The member records and points history belong to your shop and are not pooled with other shops. Customers can view, correct or delete their data and withdraw consent from the privacy screen in the app, under the published privacy notice (PDPA).

Can I cancel later?

Yes, at any time from the plan screen. You keep what you paid for until the end of that billing period, and nothing is charged after it.
