A points wallet with nothing to install
The customer opens a browser, scans a QR code or gives a phone number at the counter, and the points land on their card immediately. No app, no plastic.
A points and promotions programme at the counter that your customer opens in a mobile browser, instantly. No app to download, no new POS to buy — you write the earning rules and the expiry yourself, and every point you issue says who gave it.
No card required · Cancel any time · Works on iPhone and Android
Take the stamp card that sits forgotten in a wallet and make it something the customer opens every day: how many points until the next reward, and which offers are about to expire.
A customer sees only the deals that branch is actually running, with the conditions and expiry read from the system — not a list left over from last year.
Points are collected in a mobile browser with a phone number or a QR code at the counter. No app, no new hardware, and staff do not have to remember the conditions on the system's behalf.
Set the earning rate, the expiry and the cap per bill. Every movement of points records who did it, at which branch, under which rule.
Simple enough that a part-time cashier is fluent in minutes, with the controls an owner actually wants underneath.

A ceiling per bill and per customer per day, and a record of who issued every point and at which branch.
Add branches and invite staff according to your plan, with permissions per role so a cashier can do exactly what a cashier should.
Shops spend money on paper cards and on apps nobody wants to download. Here is the difference between the old way and what Looplet actually does today.
Paper cards get lost
The customer leaves it at home, does not get the points, and the shop is left with no record that anything was ever promised.
A 100MB+ app, forced
Customers decline at the counter because it costs them time in the queue and space on the phone.
Promotions nobody sees
You post it on social media and it reaches people far away, not the person who walked past the shop yesterday.
Points stamped for anyone
No history, so there is no way to tell a real customer from a friend of the staff.
Nothing to download at all
Points are collected with a phone number or a QR scan in a mobile browser — no app to install and no new hardware to buy.
Offers attached to a real branch
Every deal belongs to a branch that is actually running it, with conditions and expiry read from the same system the shop issues points with.
Caps, and a record you can check
A ceiling per bill and per customer per day, plus a record of who gave the points, at which branch, under which rule.
The rules are yours, not the system's
Set the earning rate and the expiry yourself. Changing them never rewrites points that were already issued.
No. The customer opens a mobile browser, scans the QR code at the counter or gives a phone number to staff, and the points land on their card straight away. It works on iPhone and Android with nothing installed.
No. The phone, tablet or computer the shop already has is enough to start. With a camera you can scan QR codes; without one, look members up by phone number instead.
That is your call: never expire, expire after a number of days or months you choose, or expire together at the end of next year. You can change the rule at any time, and it never applies retroactively to points already issued.
The full plan list is on the Pricing page, read from the real plan catalogue, with each plan's trial length — no card needed to start.
The member records and points history belong to your shop and are not pooled with other shops. Customers can view, correct or delete their data and withdraw consent from the privacy screen in the app, under the published privacy notice (PDPA).
Yes, at any time from the plan screen. You keep what you paid for until the end of that billing period, and nothing is charged after it.
Open an account today, write your shop's points rules, and let the first customer collect points within five minutes — no card, nothing to install.
